6.5. The User has the right to delete their posted Content independently.
6.6. Upon deletion of the User's account, their Content may, at the Administration's discretion, either be permanently deleted or anonymized and transferred to a technical account (without attribution).
7. Licenses and Copyright

13.2. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Administration is not liable to the User for any damages (direct or indirect), lost profits, data loss, property or health damage, or other losses arising from the use or inability to use the Service and information posted on it.
13.3. If any limitation of liability specified in this section cannot be applied in a specific jurisdiction (due to mandatory legal provisions), such limitations apply to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in this Agreement limits the User's statutory consumer rights that cannot be modified or waived by agreement of the parties.
14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
14.1. The governing law with respect to this Agreement (its conclusion, performance, interpretation, etc.) is the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic — the country where the Service owner is registered.
14.2. All disputes, disagreements, or claims arising from or in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved in the competent courts of the Kyrgyz Republic, unless otherwise provided by mandatory provisions of applicable law.
15. Changes to Terms
15.1. The Administration reserves the right to make changes to this Agreement and the policies included therein. The updated version takes effect upon publication on the Service, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
15.2. The User's continued use of the Service after the changes take effect signifies the User's agreement to the new version of the terms. The User undertakes to periodically check the current version of the terms on the website independently.
2. Privacy Policy
Version: 1.0. Effective Date: December 12, 2025
1. What Data We Collect
We collect minimally necessary information about Users, including:
- first and last name or pseudonym;
- email address;
- IP address (recorded when accessing the Service);
- cookies;
- Content posted by the User (e.g., added routes, comments, photographs);
- public profile data (rating, lists of materials, etc.).
We do not request or process special categories of data (e.g., information about racial or ethnic origin, political views, health status, biometric or genetic data), nor do we require the provision of geolocation, GPS tracks, phone numbers, or payment details — until functionality objectively requiring such data is introduced.
2. Legal Basis for Data Processing (GDPR)
Processing of the User's personal data is carried out on legal grounds provided for in Article 6 of the GDPR, namely:
- contract performance — data is necessary to provide the Service in accordance with the User Agreement (e.g., for account registration, profile display, etc.);
- legitimate interest — ensuring the operation and security of the Service, fraud prevention, Content moderation, improvement of our services (these interests do not violate the rights and freedoms of Users);
- consent — the User's voluntary consent to the processing of certain data when required by law (e.g., use of cookies for analytics — see section 4).
Depending on the situation, we rely on one or more of these grounds. For example, processing registration data is necessary for the performance of a contract with the User, while the use of analytical cookies is based on consent.
3. Data Transfer to AI Services
As part of automated moderation, User Content may be temporarily transferred to external artificial intelligence (AI) services, such as:
- DeepInfra, Together AI, Google AI, and similar content analysis platforms;
- other third-party AI services engaged to check Content for compliance with the rules.
Data transfer to these services is carried out solely for the purpose of moderation (detecting prohibited or rule-violating content), automated translation, and material classification. Third-party AI contractors process data on behalf of the Administration under appropriate contracts and are obligated to maintain confidentiality and data protection requirements.
4. Cookies and Analytics
To improve our Service and analyze user experience, we use cookies and similar technologies. In particular, the Service employs:
- session cookies — temporary files necessary for the website to function (e.g., to maintain authorization in an account during a session);
- analytical cookies — files from web analytics services such as Google Analytics, allowing the collection of aggregated statistics on Service usage;
- cookies from other analytical or functional services may be implemented as the Service develops (in which case, this policy will be updated).
Cookies allow us to learn User preferences, calculate the number of visitors, and understand how they interact with content to improve the service. The User can disable cookies in their browser settings, but some Service functions may not work correctly in this case. More information about cookies can be found in our separate Cookie Policy (if available).
5. User Rights
In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the User is granted the following rights regarding their personal data:
- Right of access — to request confirmation of data processing and obtain a copy of all personal data we hold about the User;
- Right to rectification — to seek correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal data;
- Right to erasure ("right to be forgotten") — to request deletion of personal data if its further processing is not justified by legitimate purposes;
- Right to restriction of processing — to temporarily restrict the processing of data (e.g., during verification of data accuracy or legality of our processing);
- Right to object — to object to data processing based on legitimate interest if, in the User's opinion, their rights and freedoms prevail over our interests;
- Right to data portability — to receive personal data provided by the User in a structured, machine-readable format and transfer this data to another controller at their discretion;
- Right to withdraw consent — in cases where data processing is based on consent, the User may at any time withdraw previously given consent (e.g., disable analytical cookies, unsubscribe from mailings, etc.), and we will cease the corresponding processing;
- Right to lodge a complaint — to file a complaint with the competent data protection authority (e.g., with the national authority of the EU member state where the User resides or with the Office of the Data Protection Ombudsman of the Kyrgyz Republic).
We respect User rights and provide the opportunity to exercise them. To exercise their rights, the User can contact us through the contact information specified in section 11 of the Privacy Policy. We may request identity verification (e.g., by email) before fulfilling a request to ensure that rights are exercised by the proper data subject. A response to the request will be provided without undue delay, but no later than 30 days from receipt, in the manner provided by GDPR and the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic.
6. Data Retention
We retain Users' personal data no longer than necessary for processing purposes or as required by law. Retention periods for different data categories:
- Account data (name, email, etc., provided during registration) — stored as long as the account is active. Upon account deletion, this data is deleted or anonymized in our systems;
- Profile information and Content — publicly available on the Service as long as the User's account exists or until the User themselves deletes the corresponding Content. If the account is deleted, Content is either deleted or anonymized (transferred to a technical account) — see section 7;
- Technical logs (log files) — information about visits, IP addresses, and actions is stored for a limited period (typically up to 12 months) for security, statistics, and incident investigation purposes. After expiration, this data is securely deleted or anonymized;
- Deletion records — information that a particular account was deleted or certain data was erased may be retained for some time (within 1-3 years) for compliance with legal obligations and protection against abuse (e.g., to record fulfillment of our data deletion obligations). However, the User's personal data itself is not used for any active purposes after account deletion.
Our main servers and databases are located in the European Union, so all personal data is stored and processed within the EU (in data centers under EU jurisdiction). We do not store Users' personal data long-term on servers in other countries without ensuring appropriate legal protection mechanisms (see section 10 on international data transfer for details).
7. Account Deletion
The User may delete their account at any time by using the corresponding function on the Service or by contacting the Administration. Upon account deletion, we take the following steps:
- Deletion of personal data — the User's name, email address, and other personally identifying data are deleted (or reliably anonymized) from operational databases;
- Content processing — all Content posted by the User (articles, routes, comments, etc.) is either deleted upon their request or (at the User's choice or nature of functionality) retained on the Service but linked to a special technical account without attribution. Thus, other Users will still be able to see useful information (e.g., route descriptions), but cannot identify the deleted author;
- Retention of technical information — some technical data may temporarily remain in system backups and logs even after account deletion. Such data is stored for a limited time and used only for information security purposes, fulfillment of legal obligations, or fraud prevention. After the necessary period expires, these residual records are also deleted or anonymized.
After confirmed deletion of the User's account, we cease processing their personal data. The User should understand that account deletion is irreversible: restoring the account and data after completion of this process will be impossible. If the User wishes to use the Service again, they will need to register anew.
8. Age Restrictions
Our Service is not intended for individuals under 16 years of age. We knowingly do not collect or process personal data of children under 16 and require that Users, by registering and using the Service, confirm that they are 16 years of age or older.
Parents and legal guardians are strongly encouraged to monitor their children's online activities. If you become aware that a child under 16 has provided us with their personal data without proper consent, please contact us (see section 11 "Contact Information"). We will promptly take measures to delete the corresponding data and the minor's account.
9. Security Measures
We take necessary technical and organizational measures to protect Users' personal data from unauthorized access, modification, loss, or disclosure, as required by Article 32 of the GDPR and the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic. In particular, the following measures are used to protect data:
- encryption and secure HTTPS protocol for data transmission;
- restricted access to personal data databases (access is granted only to authorized personnel who need it to perform their duties);
- regular updates of server software and installation of current security patches;
- infrastructure monitoring for vulnerabilities and unauthorized activity;
- backup and secure data storage protocols to prevent information loss.
We also require that our employees and contractors with access to personal data adhere to strict confidentiality standards and security policies.
Important: Despite all efforts, no method of data transmission over the internet or electronic storage method guarantees absolute security. The Administration takes maximum measures to protect User information but cannot completely eliminate risks and is not liable for vulnerabilities that arose through no fault of its own or outside its control. In case of a leak or security breach affecting personal data, we will inform affected Users and supervisory authorities (if applicable) within the time limits established by law.
10. International Data Transfer
The Service's main servers are located in the EU, and data processing is primarily carried out within the European Union. In certain cases related to the Service's operation, personal data may be transferred outside the European Economic Area (EEA), for example:
- when using third-party AI moderation services (see section 3), Content and related data may be temporarily processed on servers located in the USA or other countries where these services are based;
- when using Google Analytics and similar analytics tools, certain technical data (e.g., truncated IP addresses, cookies) may be transferred to Google LLC and stored on servers in the USA.
We guarantee that any transfer of personal data abroad will be carried out in accordance with Chapter V of the GDPR. This means that data is transferred only:
- to countries recognized by the European Commission as providing an adequate level of personal data protection; or
- on the basis of appropriate legal mechanisms: Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) approved by supervisory authorities; if necessary — with additional protection measures (e.g., encryption on the recipient's side, data storage in EU data centers, etc.).
We enter into contracts with external service providers (e.g., Google) on terms that require them to comply with GDPR requirements. The User can request additional information from us about international transfer of their data and the protection measures applied — to do this, contact us using the provided contact details.
11. Contact Information
